1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Dunsborough, located on the south-west coast of Western Australia.

2. Shipping Carrier
I use Australia Post for all shipping needs.

3. Shipping Costs

• Local Delivery: Free delivery to Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Naturaliste, Quedjinup, Quindalup, and Yallingup (Postcodes 6281 & 6282 only).

• Within Australia: $10.00 flat rate. Domestic purchases are shipped via Australia Post (Parcel Post), with delivery times varying depending on your location.

• International: $25.00 AUD flat rate. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and may take 2-4 weeks to reach you, depending on your country and customs. Please note that delivery times can sometimes exceed this estimate. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee arrival dates due to factors outside of my control.

4. Packaging
All items are carefully wrapped using eco-friendly packaging. I use tissue paper, brown paper envelopes and bags, pre-loved cardboard boxes, shredded paper, and brown string to ensure your order arrives safely and sustainably.

5. Dispatch Time
I strive to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. You can track your parcel using Australia Post Tracking. Please verify that your shipping address is correct, as I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
