This year, I am thrilled to be sharing a beautiful space with fellow potter, Kate Lethlean in her @claymates_studio on Caves Road, Dunsborough.

For those are new to The Wired Salmon, I am a self-taught, small-batch potter based in Dunsborough, specializing in slab building, carving, and mark making. For eight years, I have been crafting unique statement jewellery and functional ceramics. My hand-building process is a thoughtful, therapeutic practice, turning raw clay into meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Kate ’s ceramic journey began in December 2018 with a hand-building course at Claylines. Captivated by the possibilities of clay, she honed her skills in throwing, glaze chemistry, and surface decoration. With a background in cookery, Kate creates functional tableware, and her love for botanicals led to a focus on porcelain.
